UBTECHIndustrial humanoid for general factory tasks with embodied AI planning.
Walker S1 is an industrial humanoid robot developed by UBTECH for manufacturing and other structured industrial environments. It applies UBTECH's full-stack humanoid robotics architecture to embodied intelligence, combining perception, task planning, whole-body control, and manipulation. UBTECH positions Walker S1 as a platform for generalized industrial workflows rather than a single-purpose automation system. Its software stack uses large-model-based task planning to interpret human intent and break complex instructions into executable actions. Walker S1 has been demonstrated in automotive and electronics manufacturing scenarios, where it is intended to work within facilities already designed for people and existing production equipment.
