1. The Service
Robotico is an intelligence platform for the humanoid robotics industry. It provides company and robot profiles, industry analytics, editorial content (articles), an authenticated publishing workflow, and programmatic access via REST and MCP. Some parts of the Service are publicly accessible; others require an account.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials and API tokens secure.
- One person may only maintain a single personal account. Company representative accounts are granted by Robotico after verification.
- Notify us immediately at privacy@robotico.market if you suspect your account has been compromised.
4. Your content
“Your Content” means the articles, comments, images, company submissions, and any other material you post on the Service.
- You retain all ownership rights in Your Content.
- You grant Robotico a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, syndicate, and display Your Content as necessary to operate and promote the Service, including in newsletters, social media, and the Robotico MCP server.
- You represent and warrant that you either own Your Content or have all the rights necessary to grant the license above, and that Your Content does not infringe any third-party right.
- We may remove Your Content if we believe in good faith that it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of others.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
- Impersonate any person or company, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Post content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, harassing, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Upload malware, exploit code, or anything designed to damage or gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by denial-of-service attacks, automated traffic that exceeds published rate limits, or attempts to circumvent authentication.
- Scrape, harvest, or resell the data presented on the Service except via the API or MCP server and within the published rate limits and scopes.
- Use the Service to train machine-learning models without our prior written permission, except for your own non-commercial research on data you have lawfully retrieved via the API.
6. Developer API and MCP server
Access to the Robotico API and MCP server is authenticated with a personal API token. You are responsible for keeping your token secret and for all requests made with it. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access if we detect abuse, excessive load, or behavior that jeopardises the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service itself, including its design, source code, branding, compiled datasets, aggregated analytics, and documentation, is owned by Robotico and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right or license is granted to you.
Third-party trademarks, company names, product names, and logos displayed on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and editorial purposes only.
8. Informational use only
All company data, financial figures, valuations, market statistics, and editorial content on the Service are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for any investment or business decision.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including OAuth providers, market-data sources, and email delivery). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service, with or without notice, if we believe in good faith that you have breached these Terms, that your account is dormant, or that continued access presents a risk to the Service or to other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA DISPLAYED ON THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROBOTICO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ROBOTICO IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robotico and its affiliates from and against any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to the Service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory local law grants you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
