Agility Robotics’ fifth-generation humanoid, engineered for cooperatively safe industrial work at scale.
Digit 5 is Agility Robotics’ fifth-generation general-purpose humanoid robot, designed for manufacturing, warehousing and logistics environments. Built on more than 65,000 hours of real-world operation from earlier Digit deployments, Digit 5 introduces a new safety architecture designed for work in close proximity to people. Its human-detection system combines multiple sensor technologies with independent safety controls that can trigger avoidance, stopping or a seated position when required. The new generation is also built for heavier and more varied industrial work. Digit 5 can repeatedly lift loads up to 50 lb (22.7 kg), reach heights of up to 2.2 m, and use swappable end-effectors with ISO-standard mounting flanges for workflows including material handling, machine tending, kitting, sequencing, inspection and palletizing. A 90-minute runtime battery charges in approximately nine minutes, giving Digit 5 a 10:1 run-to-charge ratio and enabling more than 20 hours of productive work within a 24-hour period. The robot integrates with Agility Arc for fleet management and connectivity with warehouse and manufacturing systems including WMS, WES and MES.

Designed to perform a wide range of tasks across multiple environments.
