About MagicBot G1

MagicBot G1 is a general-purpose humanoid robot developed by MagicLab, a Chinese robotics company founded in 2023. Designed for industrial automation, logistics, research, and commercial services, the platform combines high payload capacity, advanced perception, and embodied AI to perform a wide range of real-world tasks in human environments. The robot stands approximately 1.74 meters tall, weighs around 67 kilograms, and features 42 degrees of freedom powered by high-torque actuators delivering more than 350 Nm of peak torque. Its dual arms can handle payloads of up to 20 kilograms, while MagicLab’s proprietary dexterous hands enable precise manipulation of diverse objects. The perception system integrates 3D LiDAR, RGB-D cameras, fisheye cameras, and wireless connectivity for autonomous navigation and environmental awareness. A battery provides approximately four to five hours of operation.
