Embodied intelligence explorer designed for industrial automation and advanced robotics research.
DR01 is a full-size bipedal humanoid robot from DEEP Robotics, a company headquartered in Hangzhou, China that is better known for its four-legged inspection robots. Standing about 1.7 meters tall and weighing roughly 80 kilograms, DR01 has 12 degrees of freedom and uses the company's self-developed J60 lightweight joints and J100 high-torque joints. Its emphasis is mobility and stability: it walks at over 1.6 meters per second, steps over obstacles up to 18 centimeters high, handles slopes up to 25 degrees, and stays balanced on slippery ground or after being pushed, drawing on the terrain-handling experience behind the company's quadrupeds. A fusion perception system blends sensor data with environmental input to adjust movement in real time, and DEEP Robotics says the robot can autonomously generate new skills through AI training. P ositioned as an embodied intelligence explorer for industrial automation and research, DR01 can carry loads of around 15 kilograms and run for about two hours per charge.
