About Quanta X2

Quanta X2 is a wheeled service robot developed by X Square Robot, a robotics company based in Shenzhen, China. Designed as a general-purpose embodied AI platform, Quanta X2 combines a humanoid upper body with an omnidirectional mobile base to perform service, logistics, cleaning, and research tasks in indoor environments. Its mobility-first architecture prioritizes stability, efficiency, and continuous operation while retaining human-like manipulation capabilities. The robot stands approximately 1.72 meters tall, weighs around 95 kilograms, and features approximately 62 degrees of freedom across its body. Each 7-degree-of-freedom robotic arm can carry payloads of up to 6 kilograms, while optional five-finger dexterous hands add approximately 20 degrees of freedom with integrated tactile sensing for advanced manipulation. LiDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and an inertial measurement unit provide autonomous navigation, mapping, and obstacle avoidance, enabling the robot to move at speeds of up to 1 meter per second.
