About R-Noid
R-noid is a wheeled service robot developed by Robot.com, a San Francisco robotics company formerly known as Kiwibot. Built as a general-purpose embodied AI platform, R-noid combines autonomous mobility with dual-arm manipulation to automate repetitive work across logistics, hospitality, food service, healthcare, and commercial environments. The platform is offered through a Robot-as-a-Service model to simplify enterprise deployment. The robot stands approximately 1.7 meters tall, weighs around 90 kilograms, and moves on a holonomic omnidirectional wheeled base that enables agile navigation through busy indoor environments. It features two 7-degree-of-freedom robotic arms with interchangeable end effectors and an articulated torso that extends its working range from floor level to nearly two meters. Powered by a vision-language-action model, R-noid can interpret natural language instructions, perceive changing environments, and adapt its actions in real time without task-specific programming.
