Shift4Good led the financing as a new investor. Bridges Climate Transition Partners joined the round, while existing investors BNP Paribas Développement and Ora Global also participated. The transaction brings the Paris-based company’s total funding to €30 million.
Inbolt combines a robot-mounted 3D camera with a hardware-agnostic AI software layer that locates parts and adjusts robot trajectories while a production line is running. Its software supports industrial robots from FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Comau and Universal Robots and can be installed on existing equipment rather than requiring manufacturers to replace complete robot cells.
The company reports that its systems are operating on more than 200 robots across over 100 factories on three continents. Named customers include Bosch, Beko, Flex, Ford, Stellantis and Toyota. Inbolt also says its revenue recorded a compound annual growth rate exceeding 500% over the past two years. These deployment and growth figures are company-reported and have not been independently audited.
Inbolt opened a Detroit office in 2026. The new capital will support further US hiring and commercial expansion, development in Asia-Pacific and deployments in data centers and electronics plants. The company’s platform uses CAD-trained models and 3D perception to identify changes such as part misalignment and stream corrected motion to the robot controller in real time.
