Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify Partners co-led the oversubscribed round. Existing investors included Dell Technologies Capital, Maverick Capital, Point72 and StepStone Group. AllianceBernstein, Baron Capital, J.P. Morgan and the State of Michigan joined as new investors. The company said the round consists entirely of primary capital.
SiMa.ai plans to use the proceeds to scale Palette Neat, its software environment for developing physical AI applications, and finance its next generation of machine-learning intellectual property, chiplets and systems-on-chip.
The planned hardware is targeting 1,000 dense tera operations per second, or TOPS, with products scheduled for the first half of 2028. The Times of India reported that the flagship design targets operation at 80 watts. SiMa.ai is developing the platform for humanoid robots, drones, advanced driver-assistance systems and AI-powered vehicle cockpits.
Its current Modalix platform delivers up to 50 TOPS at less than 10 watts, according to company product materials. SiMa.ai combines its processors with software designed to run perception and multimodal AI locally, where cloud latency or connectivity can limit deployment.
The company said revenue quadrupled between 2024 and 2025 but did not disclose absolute revenue. Its customer and partner list includes Bosch, Emerson, Intrinsic, Micron, Synopsys and TRUMPF. These commercial figures and relationships were reported by SiMa.ai and have not been independently quantified.
