The demonstrations show multiple A3 Ultra robots coordinating tasks in operating environments rather than a single robot performing a controlled demonstration. At car dealerships, the robots greet customers, deliver drinks, explain vehicles, assist with handovers and perform livestreaming tasks.
In hotels, the robots make beds, organize rooms, fold towels, assist with check-in, navigate elevators and conduct nighttime inspections. Retail demonstrations include shelf organization, restocking, patrol, customer service and moving larger goods.
The A3 Ultra uses a 360-degree perception system, combined UWB and RTK positioning and an onboard computing platform rated at 700 TOPS. It supports autonomous charging and battery swapping, which AgiBot says enables continuous 24-hour operation.
For manipulation, the robot uses hands with 20 degrees of freedom and omnidirectional tactile sensing. AgiBot demonstrated movements including bending, squatting, walking backward, pushing carts and opening vehicle trunks alongside manipulation tasks such as delivery, organization and restocking.
AgiBot says the A3 Ultra has now completed thousand-unit-scale automotive-grade production validation and supports modular maintenance and standardized deployment. That figure is company-reported and should not be interpreted as confirmation that more than 1,000 A3 Ultras have been commercially deployed.
