The milestone counts robots produced across AgiBot’s broader portfolio, which includes humanoids, quadrupeds, dexterous systems and commercial cleaning robots. It should therefore not be interpreted as 20,000 humanoids produced. AgiBot identified the 20,000th unit itself as an A3 Ultra humanoid.
The robot was delivered at Chimelong Spaceship Park in Hengqin, Zhuhai, where AgiBot and Chimelong today formally launched the first phase of their large-scale embodied AI deployment. More than 300 AgiBot robots are being integrated across entertainment, education, visitor services, guided tours, retail, hotel operations, companion experiences and sports.
The deployment itself was announced before today’s opening and has already been surfaced by Robotico. The new development is the 20,000-unit production milestone and delivery, which AgiBot disclosed for the first time on September 24.
AgiBot says the park deployment is supported by dedicated connectivity, centralized multi-robot coordination and operational safeguards. The company and Chimelong have also established a joint research institute focused on embodied AI applications in tourism and hospitality.
The 20,000-unit figure is company-reported. Chinese outlets including Sina Technology and Time Weekly independently reported today’s milestone and delivery, but the cumulative production figure originates with AgiBot.
