SpaceO M1 is a social service robot developed by Muks Robotics, an AI and robotics company based in India. Designed for customer engagement and public-facing environments, the platform combines autonomous mobility with conversational AI to assist visitors, provide information, and support front-of-house operations across hospitality, retail, transportation, education, and corporate settings. Muks Robotics presents SpaceO M1 as one of India’s first commercially produced humanoid-style service robots. The robot stands approximately 1.6 meters tall and uses a wheeled mobile base for stable indoor navigation at speeds of up to 1.5 meters per second. Articulated robotic arms enable expressive gestures and light interaction, while an onboard multimodal AI system supports natural conversations in multiple languages. The platform integrates vision, speech recognition, and autonomous navigation to guide visitors, answer questions, and deliver information in busy public environments.
