Nylo is a social humanoid robot developed by IntBot, a robotics company based in California focused on autonomous AI agents for hospitality, retail, and public service environments. Designed to operate alongside human staff, Nylo assists with guest reception, check-ins, wayfinding, customer support, and information services through natural, face-to-face interaction. The robot is powered by IntEngine, IntBot’s proprietary multimodal AI platform, which combines vision, audio, language, facial expressions, and gestures into a unified decision-making system. This enables Nylo to understand its surroundings, engage people proactively, initiate conversations, and adapt its responses in real time without relying on scripted interactions.
