Structured as a Cayman Islands foundation with the DEUS governance token at its core, the DAO pools capital and deploys it across four verticals: pre-IPO equity in leading humanoid manufacturers (Figure AI, Apptronik, Agility Robotics, 1X Technologies, Neura Robotics); the robotics supply chain of actuators, sensors, and AI chips; early-stage DePAI / DePIN protocols; and the AI intelligence layer for general-purpose robots. DEUS holders stake to mint xDEUS and govern treasury allocation, with voting power that grows the longer tokens stay staked.
