Shadow Robot develops dexterous robotic hands and teleoperation systems for research and industrial use. Its Dexterous Hand reproduces a broad range of human hand movements, while the DEX-EE series combines replaceable finger modules with optical touch sensing and force control. The company also supplies glove-based control systems for manipulating objects at a distance, including in hazardous, clean or remote environments. Built-to-order hardware, integration support and consultancy help customers use these systems for manipulation algorithms, machine learning, tactile sensing and human–robot interaction.
