Microagi is a Munich-based robotics deployment and embodied-AI data company. Its Atlas platform captures real production work, trains control policies, and deploys them on the robot hardware that best fits the task—humanoids, arms, or mobile systems—while Shift records factory and household demonstration data at scale.
Microagi deploys embodied intelligence into industrial and household operations and turns what it learns into research that compounds. Founded in 2025 by former Formula 1 engineers including CEO Bercan Kilic and CTO Nico Nussbaum, the company builds Atlas (autonomous robotics deployment into customer operations on the hardware that fits the task) and Shift (recording how physical work happens for training-ready data without teleoperation or line interruption). Microagi engineers embed on site with customers so systems learn from real operations and improve over successive deployments. In July 2026 Microagi raised US$55M in what Sifted reported as Germany’s largest-ever seed round, led by Hummingbird with Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and Redalpine participating. The company is headquartered in Munich with a global robotics research HQ in Zürich focused on bridging the data gap to meaningful deployment.

Microagi was founded in Munich in 2025 (about 10 months before its July 2026 seed) by former F1 engineers including CEO Bercan Kilic and CTO Nico Nussbaum.
2025 - Microagi is founded in Munich by former Formula 1 engineers to close the data and deployment gap for embodied AGI in factories and homes.
The company builds Atlas for hardware-agnostic robot deployment and Shift for capturing demonstration data from real physical work without stopping production lines.
Research activity expands with a Zürich research hub focused on scalable real-world data for embodied AI.
