HAHEHO

HAHEHO develops healthcare communication services that combine artificial intelligence with service-design consulting and staff education. It works on how patients, caregivers and medical professionals exchange information, using hospital experience research to shape digital tools and operational improvements. Its official project portfolio includes AI agents for clinical settings, patient-experience programs and work with hospitals such as Seoul National University Dental Hospital. HAHEHO also participates in ORchestra, a research project involving trustworthy vision-language-action models for humanoid surgical assistants. Its work brings together clinical service design and AI software for communication, education and patient care.
