L7 is a full-size humanoid robot developed by RobotEra, a Beijing-based robotics company building integrated hardware and embodied AI systems. Introduced as the company’s flagship humanoid platform, L7 is designed for industrial automation, logistics, and embodied AI research, combining high-performance mobility with advanced dexterous manipulation and in-house artificial intelligence. The robot stands approximately 1.7 meters tall, weighs around 65 kilograms, and features 55 degrees of freedom powered by high-torque actuators capable of delivering up to 400 Nm of peak torque. It can run at speeds of up to 4 meters per second, carry payloads of approximately 20 kilograms using both arms, and is equipped with RobotEra’s XHand dexterous hands, each providing 12 degrees of freedom for precise manipulation. Perception is provided through binocular vision and 3D LiDAR for autonomous navigation and environmental understanding.
