Chinese autonomous-delivery company Neolix has raised nearly $400 million in Series E financing, adding fresh capital to a business that is already operating driverless delivery vehicles across multiple international markets. The round was led by Boyu Capital and included Alibaba’s AEF NextGen Fund, Monolith Management, Granite Asia Capital and Vertex Growth, alongside returning investors. Neolix said the financing brings its total capital raised to more than $1.4 billion, although it did not disclose a valuation.
Founded in Beijing in 2018, Neolix develops compact Level 4 autonomous delivery vehicles for parcels, retail distribution and local logistics. Unlike passenger robotaxis, its RoboVans are built to move goods through cities, campuses and industrial areas, using autonomous-driving software and centralized fleet management rather than a human driver. The company says its operations now span more than 300 cities in 20 countries, with a fleet of over 30,000 vehicles. Those figures are company-reported and have not been independently audited.
The latest funding will support international expansion, particularly the creation of local service hubs capable of maintaining vehicles and supporting customers after deployment. Neolix also plans to invest in training data for its autonomous-driving models, aiming to improve safety and performance while reducing operating costs over each vehicle’s lifetime. Its overseas operations already include the Middle East, Europe and Asia, and the company received approval in June to begin public-road sandbox testing in Malaysia’s Cyberjaya district with local partners.
Neolix raised more than $600 million in its Series D in October 2025, making the new round its second large financing in roughly a year. The company is competing in an increasingly well-funded Chinese autonomous-logistics market, where scaling a fleet requires not only vehicle production and AI software but also regulatory approval, maintenance networks and sufficient delivery demand to support commercial operations.
