Yuzhe Qin

co-founder of Dexmate, a startup focused on AI-powered robotic hands and dexterous manipulation systems. Our mission is to bridge the critical gap in robotic manipulation by enabling robots to perform tasks that were once thought to be exclusive to humans. At Dexmate, we emphasize hardware-software co-design and sim-to-real strategies to create robust, general-purpose robotic solutions. Yuzhe received a Ph.D. in robotics from UC San Diego, where he worked with Xiaolong Wang and Hao Su. Prior to joining UCSD, he earned my bachelor's degree from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Yuzhe also had great experiences working with the robotics teams at Google and NVIDIA. Additionally, he was honored with the Qualcomm Innovation Fellowship in 2023.
