He joined the Board of Directors at Doosan Robotics in July of 2021. Through the years, Ryu has been heavily involved in an array of critical processes such as the post-merger integration of Doosan’s affiliates and overseeing all construction equipment market channels in China. He also worked across the subsidiaries on new product development and open entry while spurring efforts to achieve operational excellence. Therefore, he’s in a perfect position to enhance technological collaboration between Doosan Robotics and Doosan Group’s new business areas and initiate more customer-oriented businesses to expand collaborative robot applications and advance robotics technology. Ryu graduated from Sogang University in Seoul with a degree in business administration and completed his MBA from the University of Michigan.
