The Series C+ and Series D rounds were led by Meituan Longzhu and Meituan, respectively. Other participating investors included Yongxin Capital, Shishan Phase II and Suzhou Venture Capital, alongside several existing shareholders.
The funding will support expansion of FAIRINO’s manufacturing capacity, particularly for the core components used in its collaborative robots and emerging humanoid robotics products.
Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Suzhou, FAIRINO manufactures industrial robotic arms used in assembly, welding, material handling and other automated manufacturing processes.
The company develops many of its essential components internally, including controllers, servo motors, encoders and harmonic reducers.
Its existing portfolio includes the FR series of collaborative robots, with eleven models designed for different industrial applications.
FAIRINO is also expanding into embodied AI through its ART series of industrial humanoid force-controlled arms.
The company has signed two agreements covering 2,000 robotic arms each, with Boyin Hechuang and Jack Technology, bringing its announced cooperation volume for the product line to 4,000 units.
These agreements are not equivalent to completed deliveries. The new financing will also support AIRLab, FAIRINO’s development platform for industrial embodied AI applications.
According to company figures, FAIRINO expects global robot orders to reach 18,000 units in 2026, an increase of 68% from the previous year. Overseas sales are projected to grow 87%.
Europe currently accounts for the largest share of its international business, followed by Japan, North America and Southeast Asia. The company has established more than 50 overseas sales locations and three international service centres.
FAIRINO previously completed a financing round of approximately $100 million in March 2026 and began preparations for a potential public listing in September.
